SiPheung Meow Riek Sup

Phra Ajarn Adisak Siriwat Barameesetthi

Wat Thong, Mahasarakham.

Cats are popular pets, known for their cuteness, soft, smooth fur, and meowing, easily captivating people’s heart.

Cats have been a companion of Thai people since ancient times, and it is believed that raising them will bring good fortune.

In this ceremony, the monk used the Kan Krao wood, a sacred, fragrant plant that symbolizes the word "kan," meaning protection from evil and danger. This wood is believed to protect those who worship it. It is also believed to be a sacred plant that promotes good fortune. The term ‘Riek Sup’ means ‘Calling for Wealth’ hence it’s a good combo of the wood + SiPheung!

The wooden case was carved into the shape of a beckoning cat and filled with SiPheung , combining various Wicca, within the SiPheung mix, it contains SiPheung of the Famous Ajarn Komdej as this Wicca was taught and passed down to Phra Ajarn Adisak.

Carrying this balm will bring good fortune in all aspects, including wealth, fortune, and charisma. It will attract and boost one’s Metta, Saneh and Maha Niyom, attracting people's affection and kindness towards elders.
