Strict Final Sale Policy

At Bmd Amulets , all sales are final. Due to the unique and sacred nature of Thai amulets, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," aesthetic preferences, or spiritual results.

 

The Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the items we curate. A return or refund will only be considered if an item is proven to be not genuine.

To initiate a claim under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• Proof of Non-Authenticity: The buyer must provide a formal rejection or "failed" result from a recognized and reputable Thai Amulet authentication body (e.g., Samakom Phra Machine, G-Pra, or U-Amulet).

• Time Limit: Authenticity claims must be initiated within [e.g., 30 or 60] days of purchase.

• Original Condition: The amulet and its casing must be returned in the exact condition it was sent. Any tampering, opening of the waterproof casing, or physical damage to the amulet voids this guarantee.

 

Shipping & Inspection

• Upon receiving the returned item and the accompanying proof of non-authenticity, we will inspect the item to ensure it matches our original records and serial numbers.

• Once verified, a full refund (including original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.

• To protect both parties, we recommend filming a video of yourself unboxing the package. This ensures there is no dispute regarding the condition of the item upon arrival.
