1. Free Local Shipping (Singapore)

We provide Free Shipping for all local orders via SingPost SmartPac. This is a trackable service delivered directly to your letterbox for your convenience.

 

Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and drop off your order.

Delivery Time: Once posted, SingPost typically delivers within 2–3 working days.

Festive Periods: During peak seasons (e.g., CNY, Year-end), please allow for potential delays of up to 5 working days as per SingPost’s schedule.

2. Shipping Disclaimer

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to you via email/message.

Liability: While SmartPac is trackable, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for items lost after they have been marked as "Delivered" to your letterbox.

Unboxing: We strongly recommend filming a continuous unboxing video of your package. This serves as vital proof in the rare event of damage during transit.
